250 g of Carrot
150 ml of Sunflower Oil
16 g yeast
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt

- To prepare this rich carrot cake, the first thing you should do is grate the carrot.
- You have to peel them and pass them through a shredder, you can also cut them small or make small pieces by the method you prefer, but it is essential that there are no large pieces.
- Now you can prepare the cake.
- In a bowl you put the sugar with the eggs and beat them for several minutes, until you see them with more volume and much clearer.
- Then you put the oil on it and beat again.
- In another separate container you mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and move it with a spoon.
- You put a strainer over the liquids and sift the flour mixture that you just prepared.
- To mix the flour do not use any mechanical instrument, a spatula or a wooden spoon will suffice.
- All you need is to move the mixture gently until all the ingredients are integrated. This way you will favor that you have a fluffy carrot cake.
