250 g of flour
250 g of sugar
250 g of Carrot
150 ml of Sunflower Oil
3 eggs
16 g yeast
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
22 cm mold.


  1. To prepare this rich carrot cake, the first thing you should do is grate the carrot.
  2. You have to peel them and pass them through a shredder, you can also cut them small or make small pieces by the method you prefer, but it is essential that there are no large pieces.
  3. Now you can prepare the cake.
  4. In a bowl you put the sugar with the eggs and beat them for several minutes, until you see them with more volume and much clearer.
  5. Then you put the oil on it and beat again.
  6. In another separate container you mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and move it with a spoon.
  7. You put a strainer over the liquids and sift the flour mixture that you just prepared.
  8. To mix the flour do not use any mechanical instrument, a spatula or a wooden spoon will suffice.
  9. All you need is to move the mixture gently until all the ingredients are integrated. This way you will favor that you have a fluffy carrot cake.
