2 large carrots
2 skinless and seedless tomatoes
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
2 potatoes
oil to taste for sautéing
Salt and black pepper to taste

Heat a pan with oil and add the chopped onion.
Sauté over medium heat until translucent and add the crushed garlic cloves.

Once they are lightly browned, add the rest of the chopped vegetables.
Sauté for a few more minutes and add enough water to cover them.
Increase the heat and cook until the carrots and potatoes are very tender, about 20 minutes.

Then transfer the contents of the pan to the blender and beat well until you form a cream.

If you want to make your soup more creamy, add 2 tablespoons of cream.
