2 skinless and seedless tomatoes
2 garlic cloves

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Heat a pan with oil and add the chopped onion.
Sauté over medium heat until translucent and add the crushed garlic cloves.

Increase the heat and cook until the carrots and potatoes are very tender, about 20 minutes.
