Ingredients:
630g flour (all purpose)
7g yeast
300 ml of milk
60g of sugar
2 eggs
60g butter
Salt
50g cocoa
hazelnut kernels
Butter
Chocolate
Preparation:
- Combine milk, sugar, eggs, butter, yeast, flour, and salt. Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add the cocoa to one part and mix. Let stand for 1 hour.
- Divide each part of the dough into 4 parts and spread out the cakes. Put the cakes on top of each other, greasing with oil.
- Shape brioche. Let stand for 1 hour.
- Decorate with hazelnut seeds. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Serve with chocolate.
