Chocolate cake is a beloved dessert enjoyed by people around the world. Its rich, indulgent flavor is derived from cocoa powder, which infuses every bite with a deep chocolatey taste. 3 cups of sifted flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa or cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon of fine salt
250 ml of milk
125 ml of oil
2 tablespoons vanilla
250 ml of boiling water
Filling: caramel or jam (optional)
Preheat oven to 200°.
In a bowl we put the dry ingredients: the 3 cups of sifted flour, the sugar, the cocoa or cocoa, the baking powder, the baking soda and the salt. We mix completely.
In another bowl we beat vigorously until we integrate 2 eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
We mix the contents of both containers, it will be very thick.
We will put 250 ml of boiling water to the mixture, do not be scared, it will be liquid.
Pour the mixture into a mold with a 1 ½ liter capacity, with butter and flour.
Bake for 30 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
