2 cups of Wheat Flour
100 grams Dark or Milk Chocolate
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup of milk
200 grams of butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Powder melted chocolate to decorate
1 – Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2 – In a bain-marie, melt the Dark or Milk Chocolate together with the Butter.
3 – In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs and the Sugar until you get a foamy mixture.
4 – Then add the mixture of Chocolate and melted Butter. 5 – Add the Vanilla, the Cocoa and the Baking Powder.
6 – Integrate well and pour the Flour little by little interspersing with the Milk.
7 – In a previously floured mold, pour the mixture and spread well.
8 – Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until inserting a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Cut in half horizontally and add melted chocolate to taste too Decorate with plenty of melted chocolate on top and add the decoration of your choice See less See less
