CHOCOLATE PUDDING 😋
300g chopped dark chocolate
600 ml of milk
50g of sugar
10g agar agar powder
Dark cocoa powder for decoration.
1. Place a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. When the milk begins to heat up, turn the heat as low as possible and whisk in the sugar and agar powder.
2. Add the chopped chocolate and melt it slowly, making sure to stir the pudding mixture completely.
3. When the chocolate has melted, pour it into a square pan and let sit in the fridge until fully set (about 4-6 hours).
4. Transfer the pudding to pieces of parchment and dust with cocoa powder. Then carefully move to a serving plate.
