CHOCOLATE SHELL COFFEE OATS SWIPE FOR THE CRACK

I used to (actually still do) love chocolate coated ice cream bars and this reminded me of that very treat celebrating this day with this

Chocolate shell mocha oats

 


1/2 c oats
1 c water
2 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp coffee protein powder (or sub 1 tbsp sweetener of choice and replace 1/4 c water with coffee)
1/3 c chocolate chips or chocolate bark

Microwave oats and water for 1:30. Mix in yogurt and protein powder and set oats in fridge overnight or in freezer for 30 min. Melt chocolate chips in 30 s intervals in the microwave, stirring in between until the chips start to melt.

 

Pour over the cool oats in the morning and let set in freezer for a few minutes. Enjoyyy!
