Ingredients For the Rolls:

4 cups of flour
⅓ cup Butter
½ cup of Sugar
1 egg
1 cup of warm milk
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 pinch of salt

For the filling:

2 tablespoons of cinnamon
⅓ cup of Butter
200 gr of brown sugar

For the Frosting:

100 gr Philadelphia cream cheese
100 gr of icing sugar
30 ml of hot water.

-Dissolve the Yeast in the warm Milk.

-Add the Sugar, Butter, Salt, Egg and Flour.  Mix well.

-Form a large ball with the dough and place it in a bowl to rest.  Let it rest until it doubles in volume.  Cover the bowl with a couple of kitchen towels and leave for approximately 30-40 minutes.

-Stretch the dough on a floured surface with the help of a rolling pin and form a large rectangle.

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

-For the filling, combine the Brown Sugar, Cinnamon and Butter.

-Spread the filling throughout the rectangle of the dough, roll it from side to side without squeezing the dough too much and with the help of a knife, cut the Rolls that are thick.

-Place the Rolls on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden.

-For the Glaze, combine all the ingredients and set aside.

-When the Rolls are ready, bathe them with the Glaze.
