Ingredients:


600g flour (all purpose)
200 ml of milk
50ml melted butter
1 egg
1 yolk
3 spoonfuls of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
20g dry yeast
100g of sugar
1 teaspoon gelatin
235ml of water
grated coconut


Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Knead the dough until smooth.
  2. Divide into 7 pieces and form balls. Put the balls on a greased plate. Let stand for 1 hour.
  3. Brush the raised dough with the yolk. Bake for 30 minutes at 180Β°C / 350Β°F.
  4. Make sweet jelly. Brush with jelly bread and sprinkle with coconut.
