180g dark chocolate
4 eggs Cocoa powder .
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt completely for about 1 minute.
Add the yolks and mix with a spatula to mix everything well.
Using a hand mixer, whip the whites until they form soft peaks.
Using a rubber spatula, gently add the beaten egg whites to the yolk and chocolate mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into a buttered cake tin (tin size – 16cm), level with a spatula, and bake at 170°C/320°F for 30 minutes.
Decorate with cocoa powder.
