INGREDIENTS

4 eggs yolks and whites separated
3 cups wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of extra strong brewed coffee
1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of chocolate milk.

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Now in a bowl mix the dry ingredients without the yeast and then add the other ingredients and the yeast.

After mixing everything add the egg whites and mix little by little without too much force.

Take it to the oven at 180 degrees in a greased shape with chocolate for 40 minutes or until it bakes completely.

Finish with chocolate frosting or your preference.
