Select all ingredients
1 liter of milk (warm)
1 box of Flan D’Gari cappuccino flavor (84 g)
1/2 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons orange zest
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
1 cup cream cheese (at room temperature)
2 tablespoons of whipping cream
1/4 cup of icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup of dark chocolate melted



For the flan, empty and mix the D’Gari cappuccino flavor flan in the warm milk. Heat over low heat without stopping stirring until it boils and cook for 3 minutes.

Pour into a rectangular mold for flan and refrigerate until set. For the chocolate sauce, heat the whipping cream over medium heat, once it comes to a boil, infuse it with the orange zest and the cinnamon powder.

Mix well and add to the dark chocolate without stopping stirring until

obtain a homogeneous mixture. chill. Unmold the flan and cover with the chocolate sauce, return to refrigeration to thicken.


For the chocolate cream, cream the cheese with the whipping cream in the mixer at medium speed.

Gradually incorporate the icing sugar, vanilla and chocolate while continuing to beat.

Place in a pastry bag with a starry tip and decorate the flan to your liking. Serve cold.
