Cream latte custard
Cream latte custard is a delectable dessert that combines the rich flavors of cream, espresso, and smooth custard. To make this indulgent treat, start by preparing a velvety custard base using ingredients like milk, cream, sugar, and egg yolks.
-1 liter of milk (5 glasses of 200 ml)
-1.5 cups of sugar
-3 tablespoons of starch
-2 tablespoons of flour
-1 egg yolk
-1 pack of vanillin
-1 box of liquid cream
For intermediate layers
-2 tablespoons of granulated coffee
-80 g dark chocolate
For the above
Let’s put all the pudding ingredients except the cream into a suitable pot. Let’s cook it by stirring constantly until it reaches a thick consistency.
Then, remove it from the stove, add the cream before the temperature goes up and beat it with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
Let’s divide the pudding we prepared into 3 parts. Add the granulated coffee to one and whisk it. Add the chocolate to the other and let it melt by stirring. Let’s provide.
Let’s pour the plain pudding into the bottom of the suitable bowls, the latte on top, and finally the chocolate pudding.
Let’s drizzle cocoa on top. It tastes great
