EGG AND SAUSAGE MUFFINS
Egg and sausage muffins are a delicious breakfast option that combines fluffy scrambled eggs and savory sausage patties nestled inside a toasted English muffin. This classic breakfast sandwich is a favorite among many for its hearty and satisfying flavors.
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 sausages, chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
50g mozzarella cheese, grated.
1. In a frying pan, add butter and onion, fry for a few minutes and add carrots, pepper, salt and black pepper.
2. In a bowl, mix the eggs with milk, salt and pepper, and add the vegetable mixture and parsley.
3. Put the chopped sausages in the muffin tin and fill with the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
