Fluffy brioche

These Fluffy brioche are really fluffy and yummy,  I’m sure u will love these

Ingredients

300ml milk
100g sugar
2 tbsp active yeast
100 ml oil
750g flour
50g melted butter
pinch of salt
2 eggs
100ml oil

Method

Pour oil, milk, egg, egg whites, yeast and sugar into the mixer bowl. Mix it well. Gradually add flour and salt. Knead though. Grease the bowl with oil and put the dough, cover it and let it rise.

knead the dough and spread butter then roll it then cut it into pieces like shown in the picture. Then cover them and let it rest for 30 minutes

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°FC or according to your oven . Sprinkle ice sugar and serve
