GROUND MEAT PARMEGIANA ❤️
INGREDIENTS
3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
500 grams of ground meat (I used minced meat)
1 clove of minced garlic
1 chopped onion
dash of olive oil
green scent to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
ready tomato sauce
grated or sliced mozzarella
oregano to taste
grated parmesan to taste
Method of preparation
In a container, add the potatoes, ground meat, garlic, onion, olive oil, green chilli and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix everything well with a fork or wooden spoon.
Then grease an oven-safe container with butter.
Transfer our mixture to the container
Cover with a thin layer of tomato sauce, mozzarella to taste, a little more tomato sauce, sprinkle with oregano to taste and a little grated parmesan
Place in preheated oven at 180ºC for 50 minutes
Serve immediately
