HOMEMADE BURGER BREAD: THE EASY RECIPE .

Preparation time: 25 mins Rest time: 2 hrs 45 mins Cooking time: 15 mins Total time: 3 hrs 25 mins .

Ingredients:

6 people
250 g type
45 flour
250g type
55 flour
250ml milk
12 g brewer’s yeast
15g of sugar
30g of honey
45g softened butter
6g salt milk Sesame seeds .

Preparation :

In a bowl, mix the honey with the sugar, yeast and lukewarm milk. In another bowl, pour the flour and make a hole in the center.

Gradually pour in the mixture with the milk while mixing. Add the softened butter cut into pieces and the salt. Work the dough until you get a soft dough.

Put in a container and cover with a clean cloth. Let the dough rise for 2 hours. Take the dough and divide into 6 equal balls of dough.

Brush with milk and cover the surface with sesame seeds. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the balls of dough on top and let rise for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake at this temperature for 10 minutes then lower to 170°C and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Take out, let cool.

Cut in half and garnish!
