Ingredients:

3 bananas
200 g of sugar (1 cup)
500 ml of heavy cream (2 cups)

Preparation:

1. Place the banana on a baking tray.ย  then take to oven at 150 ยฐC for 30 minutes.

2. Place the baked bananas in a bowl and add sugar.ย  Beat for 3 minutes then reserve.

3. In a container, place heavy cream and beat until a slightly firm consistency is obtained.

4. Add the crushed bananas and mix thoroughly.

5. Place in a container and freeze for 8 hours.
