HOMEMADE COOKIES 😋

Ingredients:

180 grams of flour
80 gr of potato starch
6 yolks
150 grams of sugar
1 sachet of vanillin
35 grams of honey
4 egg whites

Indications:

Sift the flour and starch. Then mix the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla and honey.
Also beat the egg whites until stiff. Then add everything and form the cookies on the baking sheet, decorate and enjoy. Bake at 400°F (190°-200°) for 5 minutes.
