HOMEMADE DOUGH FOR CREPES 😋

250 milliliters of whole milk
160 grams of flour
1 pinch of salt
butter or margarine (to grease the pan)
- In a blender glass, place the milk, flour, eggs and salt, and blend.
- There has to be a non-thick mass left. The more liquid it stays, the thinner the crepes will turn out. Check it when you beat it and if necessary, add a little more milk.
- Let it rest for a while and then spread a hot frying pan with a little butter or margarine, to taste. We make the crepes and reserve on a plate.
- Accompany with sweet, ice cream, fruit, chocolate or something salty.
