Juicy zebra cake

Ingredients for 12 pieces

800 g low-fat quark
400 g sour cream
150 g sugar
1 pack vanilla pudding powder
5 eggs
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp cocoa

1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat. Line the springform pan with baking paper.

2. Mix the quark with sour cream, sugar and vanilla pudding powder until creamy. Stir in the eggs one after the other.

3. Divide the dough into two parts and stir in one part of the milk and cocoa.

4. Put 2 tbsp of the light dough in the middle of the springform pan. Then spread 2 tbsp of the dark dough on top.

Do the same with the rest of the dough, alternating the light and dark dough on top of each other. 

Bake in a hot oven for 40-50 minutes, then allow to cool.
