• 600 g Philadelphia cream cheese

• 20 g of all-purpose flour

• 200 g of sugar

• 400 ml of whipping cream

• 4 egg L


Before preparing this delicious cheesecake, don’t forget to follow the recipe exactly, to get a delicious homemade cheesecake.

First, we line a removable mold measuring 23 cm in diameter and 7 cm high with greaseproof paper.  We have to wet the paper with a little water to be able to spread it easily in the mold.

Next we add the eggs and continue beating until everything is well mixed.  Then add the flour and blend a little more.

We preheat the oven to 200ºc and bake our cheesecake for 45 minutes.

Then we turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 10 minutes with the oven door closed.

After this time, we take our cheesecake out of the oven and let it cool at room temperature until it is completely cold.

Once it has cooled completely, put the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 8 hours, or overnight.

After the corresponding time has passed in the refrigerator, we take out our cheesecake, unmold it and remove the kitchen paper.  Serve this delicious homemade cheesecake!
