2 whole sweet oranges
120 milliliters of milk
80 milliliters of sunflower or light olive oil
3 whole eggs
190 grams of sugar
250 grams of flour
16 grams of chemical yeast or baking powder


  1. First clean the oranges and cut them with the skin into small portions. Pour the pieces into a container or bowl and add the milk and oil. Beat with the hand mixer until you get a homogeneous mixture. It is important that you remove the seeds from the orange before crushing the mixture.
  2. When the orange pieces have been integrated with the sugar and oil, add the eggs. It is not necessary to separate the white and the yolk. Before starting to beat again, add the rest of the ingredients: sugar, flour and chemical yeast.
  3. Mix the mixture again until everything is well mixed. Now pour the mixture into a mold covered with baking paper and bake the cake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
