Ingredients:

150g hazelnuts
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
180g (1 1/4 cups) flour
120g (1/2 cup) butter
80g melted dark chocolate

Preparation:

  1. In a food processor, finely chop the hazelnuts. Transfer them to the bowl and add the sugar, flour and room temperature butter.
  2. Mix well with your hands to create the dough. Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Past the elapsed time of the balls by taking small pieces of the dough. Transfer them to the tray and bake at 180Β°C/356Β°F for 20 minutes.
  4. Take a ball add the melted chocolate on top and cover with another.
