150g (3/4 cup) sugar
180g (1 1/4 cups) flour
120g (1/2 cup) butter
80g melted dark chocolate
- In a food processor, finely chop the hazelnuts. Transfer them to the bowl and add the sugar, flour and room temperature butter.
- Mix well with your hands to create the dough. Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Past the elapsed time of the balls by taking small pieces of the dough. Transfer them to the tray and bake at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
- Take a ball add the melted chocolate on top and cover with another.
