This is a traditional Italian lasagna that has 3 components, the meat sauce, the white sauce and the lasagna sheets. NOOOOOO RICOTTA!!!! that’s the Italian American version. I am actually not sure how the Americans came up with adding ricotta into it but well, but the traditional Italian lasagna will not have ricotta.

Ingredients

1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of mashed potatoes
1 box of milk cream (200 g) Salt, allspice and grated nutmeg to taste 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna dough (500 g)
1 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Dip: 3 tablespoons oil or olive oil 500g ground beef
1 onion in cubes
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup (tea) of tomato extract
4 ripe tomatoes without skin and seeds in cubes
1 cup (tea) of water salt and kingdom pepper to taste
1 bay leaf Chopped fresh basil to taste

Preparation Mode

1 – In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the meat for 5 minutes.

2 – Add the onion and garlic and fry until golden Add the extract and fry for 2 minutes Pour in the tomato, water, salt, pepper and ruby.

3 – Cook for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time Take out the heat and mix the basil Mix the puree with the milk cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Spread a layer of sauce in a medium refractory and intersperse layers of dough, sauce, mozzarella cheese and puree, ending in dough and sauce. Sprinkle with the Parmesan and take to the medium oven, preheated, for 40 minutes or until golden. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
