Meat skewers stuffed with cheese

INGREDIENTS

400g minced meat
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of salt Pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 egg 100g of cheese .

METHOD

In a bowl with the meat, add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, egg and mix well.

Cut a piece of cheese into several rectangles and insert a stick suitable for the oven.

With your hands, slowly add the ground meat around and form skewers.

Bake at 180°C/356°F for 20 minutes.
