250 grams of flour
250 grams of sugar
4 eggs
1 orange (juice and zest)
150 ml of sunflower oil
1 envelope of chemical yeast
1 pinch of salt


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a biscuit tin.

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar until a whitish mixture is obtained.

3. Add the orange zest and juice and mix well.

4. Add the sunflower oil and continue mixing.

5. Sift the flour, yeast and salt and add little by little to the previous mixture, stirring well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

6. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and when inserted with a toothpick, it comes out clean.

7. Let cool before serving and enjoy!
