Ingredients:
2 eggs
100g of sugar
10g vanilla sugar
80ml vegetable oil
400 ml of milk
200g of flour
4g baking powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
Preparation:
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves and the eggs are fluffy.
- Add the oil, and milk, sift in the flour and baking powder, and beat until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Scoop up the butter with a ladle and pour it into the pan. Let it cook for a few minutes then flip to cook on another side.
- Spread the hazelnut cream over the pancakes and spread them out. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
