Ingredients:

2 eggs
100g of sugar
10g vanilla sugar
80ml vegetable oil
400 ml of milk
200g of flour
4g baking powder
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl add the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves and the eggs are fluffy.
  2. Add the oil, and milk, sift in the flour and baking powder, and beat until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Scoop up the butter with a ladle and pour it into the pan. Let it cook for a few minutes then flip to cook on another side.
  4. Spread the hazelnut cream over the pancakes and spread them out. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
