Ingredients :

200ml water
2 egg whites
200ml lukewarm milk
125ml oil
800 g of flour
10g of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar
12g brewer’s yeast
100 g of butter chocolate chips. .

Preparation:

Mix water and hot milk. Then add sugar, oil, salt and egg whites. Add the crumbled yeast then gradually add the flour.

Form a homogeneous dough and let it rise until it doubles in volume. Roll out the dough and fold it, adding the butter.

Then form strips and make the buns. Brush egg yolks and add chocolate chips.

Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
