Rabbit with a mustard casserole

INGREDIENTS: 1 PERS.


1 whole rabbit
-1 onion
-1 C. tablespoon flour
-1 glass of dry white wine
-3 c. mustard
-thyme
-laurel


PREPARATION:

1.
Start by preparing the rabbit by cutting it into pieces.

2.
Peel and chop the onion.

3.
Brown them in butter with the meat.

4.
Drain them and set aside in a container.

5.
In the same casserole dish, add the flour and the wine.

6.
Stir well.

7.
Pour a glass of water and the mustard.

8.
Add the reserved rabbit and onion.

9.
Sprinkle with thyme and bay leaf.

10.
Leather under cover on a low heat for 30 min.
