Salmon risotto with Cookeo

Risotto, a typical Italian dish that we love to dress up in different ways. We offer you a delicious version with fresh salmon with your Moulinex robot multicooker. A recipe for young and old alike with little preparation and unattended cooking for the enjoyment of the whole family.



300 g Arborio rice
2 pieces of salmon
1 onion 650 ml water
1 cube of vegetables
20 cl white wine
10 cl liquid cream
50 g parmesan
1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil Salt Pepper

PREPARATION: Preparation 5 min Cooking 21 min

  1. Peel and mince the onion. Dilute the vegetable cube in the water. Cut the salmon steaks into pieces.
  2. In the Cookeo bowl, put the oil and onion and start your food processor on the browning function. Leave to cook for 2 minutes, add the rice then cook for 2 minutes longer. Pour in the white wine and leave your appliance for another 2 minutes in browning mode.
  3. Add the vegetable broth, the salmon, salt and pepper, then cook for 15 minutes under pressure.
  4. At the end of cooking, add the liquid cream, the Parmesan, mix and serve.
