Sandwich rolls

INGREDIENTS

4 slices of white bread
4 slices of cooked ham
4 pieces of cheese
250 ml (1 cup) milk
1 egg Pepper Butter

METHOD

Thin the bread with a rolling pin, add the ham and cheese and make buns. Wrap them in aluminum foil and leave them in the fridge for an hour.

Mix milk and egg and season with pepper. When the time is up, take the rolls out of the fridge, wrap them up and dip them in the mixture.

Fry the rolls in butter and brown them for a few minutes on each side.
