Everyone will love semolina dessert in a glass.   You can quickly create a creamy semolina porridge with just 5 ingredients.  It is particularly delicious served with red jelly. 

INGREDIENTS (For 4 glasses)

500 ml milk
40g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
60 g soft wheat semolina
20g butter
If desired, red fruit jelly from the refrigerator to garnish (alternatively: fresh berries and 1-2 tablespoons of red jam)


1st step
Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan, add the sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina while stirring. 

Simmer over low heat for about 2-3 minutes while stirring. 

Remove the pan from the heat, add the butter and stir.

2nd step
Pour the hot, quite liquid semolina porridge into 4 dessert glasses (250 ml each) and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. 

The semolina porridge will tighten at this point and become firmer.

3rd step
Garnish the semolina dessert as desired with red semolina or fresh berries mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of red hot jam. 

The dessert with semolina makes approx. 4 servings and will keep refrigerated for at least 2 days.
