Chicken Breast with Supangle

Chicken Breast with Supangle is a delightful combination of savory and sweet flavors. To prepare the chicken breast, season it with salt, pepper, and herbs, then brown it in a skillet.

Materials

1 liter milk
125 grams of butter
1 glass of sugar
1 cup flour
1 packet of vanilla

For Supangle;

3 cups of milk
Half a glass of sugar
1 egg yolk
2 soup spoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of flour
1 packet of vanilla
60 grams of dark chocolate
A tea glass of ice water

MAKING

For the chicken breast, we put the butter in a pot, melt it, add flour and fry it until it smells.  We add milk and continue mixing without stopping.

Add sugar and vanilla.  Mix until thick and remove from the stove.

We blend the pudding for 2-3 minutes and divide it into bowls.

For the Supangle, we put all the ingredients in a pot and mix them, then put them on the stove and cook until it reaches a thick consistency.

After cooking, we add 60 grams of chocolate. 

After the chocolates are completely melted, we pour a tea glass of cold water on the supangle to get a nice consistency and beat it until it gets a smooth consistency. 

We pour the cooled chocolate sauce onto the false chicken breast and spread it evenly. 

After it cools down a bit, we leave it to rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. 

We serve the resting supangleli false chicken breast dessert by sprinkling cocoa on it.
