tCheesecake with nougat is a delightful combination of rich, creamy cheesecake and the sweet, nutty flavor of nougat. The velvety texture of the cheesecake provides a perfect canvas for the chewy and crunchy elements of nougat, creating a symphony of taste and texture in every bite.


For the base:

• 200 g of crushed Maria or Digestive cookies
• 100 g of melted unsalted butter

For the filling:

• 500 g of cream cheese at room temperature
• 150 g of white sugar
• 200 ml of whipping cream (milk cream)
• 3 large eggs
• 300 g of crumbled Jijona nougat (soft nougat)
• 100 g of chocolate chips or pieces of nougat to add texture

For decoration:

• 200 ml of whipping cream, already whipped
• 50 g of crumbled Jijona nougat
• Chocolate chips to taste


  1. Base:
    • Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter.
    • Press into the base of a removable mold and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  2. Filling:
    • Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
    • Beat the cream cheese with the sugar until you obtain a smooth mixture.
    • Add the cream and mix well.
    • Add the eggs one by one, beating gently after each addition.
    • Add the crumbled Jijona nougat and chocolate chips. Mix with enveloping movements.
    • Pour this mixture over the cookie base.
  3. Baking:
    • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
    • Turn off the oven, open the door a crack and let the cake cool inside to prevent it from cracking.
  4. Cooling:
    • Once cool, refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Decoration:
    • Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, crumbled nougat and chocolate chips to taste.
  6. Serve:
    • Carefully unmold, cut into portions and enjoy. This cheesecake with nougat combines the creaminess of cheese with the unique and sweet flavor of nougat, making it a delicious and spectacular dessert, perfect for the holidays or as a special treat.
