Ingredients:
30g (~1/3 cup) oat flour
30g (~1 scoop) protein powder
5g (~1 tbsp) cocoa powder
60g (~1/4 cup) thick yogurt (greek, soy or coconut)
1 tsp oil
1-3 tbsp water/milk (depending on consistency; should be like cake batter)
15-30g (~1-2 tbsp) creamy peanut butter
Directions:
Preheat oven at 180C/350F. Mix all the ingredients (except peanut butter & water/milk) together. Gradually add water/milk till reaching a cake batter consistency. Pour half into a greased ramekin.
Add in peanut butter to the center. Pour remaining half of batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
