Ingredients:

Zucchini
carrots
Leek
Cabbage
Phyllo dough (or rice paper) Oil
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into very thin strips.

2. In a frying pan, heat a little oil and fry the vegetables.

3. Paint the phyllo dough with a little oil.

4. Fold it over on itself.

5. Put the vegetables on the outer side.

6. Roll the dough and fold the edges.

7. Seal with oil.

8. Fry the spring rolls in a pan with a little oil until golden.
