Strawberry muffins are delightful treats that combine the sweet and tangy flavor of strawberries with the soft, moist texture of muffins. These baked goods are typically made by folding chopped or mashed strawberries into the muffin batter, adding a burst of fruity goodness to each bite.

Ingredients:

•200 g all purpose flour
•60 ml of sunflower oil
•125 ml of milk
•2 eggs
•½ teaspoon of salt
•2 teaspoons of baking powder
•200 g of strawberries
•120 g of sugar
•1 teaspoon of vanilla aroma

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the muffin papers inside the muffin tin (you can make small muffin shades using baking paper).

2. Sift the flour with the help of a strainer over a container, add the baking powder and sugar, reserve.  In another container mix the wet ingredients, oil, milk and eggs.

3. Wash the strawberries, drain and cut into pieces.  Combine the flour with the wet ingredients, add a little salt and the strawberries.  Let rest for 15 minutes.

4. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin and bake at 180 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.  Let cool ten minutes and then remove from the mold.  Store in an airtight container wrapped in a paper napkin or kitchen paper.
