no joke I literally forgot that pancakes exited! Idk how long it has been since the last time I made pancakes. But one thing I know is that it was definitely way TOO long ago 🙂
ingredients:
🥞150g (3/4 cup) (almond) milk
🥞35g (1/2 cup) almond flour (or more oat flour)
🥞70g (3/4 cup) oat flour
🥞1 small egg (egg substitute:flax/chia egg)
🥞25g (4 tbsp) vanilla protein powder (1 scoop)
🥞squeeze of lemon (optional)
🥞you can add extra sweetener if needed
optional add ins:
-blueberries/fruits
-chocolate chips
-nuts
how to:
-mix all the wet ingredients together
-then add the dry ingredients; mix until smooth
-add about 4 tbsp of the mixture to a pan and cook for 3-4 minutes (each side) on low heat
-repeat with the rest and enjoy!
