Because a sweet pizza with an oat crust topped with juicy peaches is a very hot concept.

for the tHickneSs of the crust πŸ™‚

in crust:

Β

1/3 cup rolled oats
about 4 tbsp oat flour
1/2 scoop choco protein
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp flax seed
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
salt
1 egg white
1/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp milk (+- to adjust)

mix all until (sticky) dough forms n chill in fridge for 10-15 mins.

use a spatula, shape to form a pizza shape (try to flatten it as much as possible since it will rise and expand) on a baking tray n bake 180 deg cel for 10-12 mins or when surface is dry to touch.

in sauce
yog
cocoa powder
2 drops of toffee flavdrops (sub for sweetener of choice)

topped with diced peaches, protein nutella swirl, cacao nibs n crushed cashews.
