Ingredients:


2 eggs
20ml of milk
40g of flour
30g white sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
3g baking powder
Kiwi
Strawberries
bananas
Powdered sugar
Maple syrup
Butter


Preparation:


1.Start separating the egg yolks from the white yolks. Take the egg yolks and in a bowl add the vanilla extract, flour and backing powder. Mingle.

  1. Now take the egg whites and beat them by adding sugar twice.
    3.Add them to the first bowl and mix all together.
    4.Take a hot skillet over low heat and start adding the mixture. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
    5.Cut up some fruit, add some icing sugar and maple syrup, then serve hot!
