Deets:
Β*60g cacao powder
*300g flour (plain)
*130g coconut sugar
*3/4 tsp baking soda
*2 tsp baking powder
*Pinch of salt
*350ml plant milk + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
*6 tbsp it or 2 flaxeggs
*60g melted coconut oil or vegan butter
*100ml warm water + 2-3 tsp instant coffee
Ganache:
*150ml coconut milk
*150g chocolate
Method:
Βπ«preheat oven to 180 and line 2 8β tins
π«mix milk and apple cider. Let curdle
π«sift flour, cacao, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add sugar and mix.
π«add all wet to dry
π«pour into tins and bake 28-30mins or until cake tester inserted comes out clean
π«once cooled, make ganache (heat coconut milk, remove from heat, stir through choc)
π«decorate and cover in granola
note: granola will soften overtime
