BLACK FOREST CAKE
half a cup of sugar
half a cup of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
NESTLE DOIS FRADES
half a tablespoon of baking powder
half a cup of rum
500 g whipped cream
1 cup cherries (chopped)
200 g NESTLE CLASSIC Dark Chocolate
whole cherries to decorate
METHOD OF PREPARATION
In a mixer, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes or until doubled in volume.
Turn off the mixer and add the flour, Cocoa Powder NESTLÉ DOIS FRADES, yeast and mix gently.
Pour the dough into a round mold (25 cm in diameter), greased with butter and sprinkled with flour and place in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes. Develop and let it cool.
Once cold, cut the cake in half and moisten with the rum.
Stuff with a part of the whipped cream and the cherries. Then cover with the remaining whipped cream and NESTLE CLASSIC Chocolate zest. Decorate with whole cherries and refrigerate for 30 minutes to cool. Serve.
