1 box of cream
1 cup (tea) of industrialized whipped cream (Amelia / Fleishman)
To wet:
1/2 cup (tea) of guarana
1/2 cup coconut milk (tea)

Other ingredients:

Bark – 300g of fractionated milk chocolate (I used Harald)
Hearts – 1 white chocolate bar
Decoration – Cherries or strawberries
1 form of acetate
sponge cake
Grease and sprinkle a tray, light the oven, sift the wheat flour with the baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the yolk one by one, add the sugar little by little, add the wheat flour with the yeast and add the milk little by little, mixing lightly (do not beat, just mix).

Bake in a moderate oven until blushing.
Beat condensed milk, milk cream, yogurt, juice and powder in a blender. Reserve. Beat the chantilly until it is firm and mix with the reserved cream.

Add the cherries and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.

Take the cream to the fire and add the melted chocolate, mix well and keep out of the fridge until the time to use.
Melt the chocolate (other ingredients) in the microwave or in a bain-marie, wait for it to cool down to apply it in the form of acetate, put it in the fridge.

With the edge of the mold I cut the edges of the cake.
I brushed three layers.
Divide the cake into 3 parts.
Inside the chocolate shell assemble the cake…

Pass a thin layer of filling I on the bottom and edges to glue a part of the cake.
Soak the cake a little.
Put all the stuffing
Another layer of cake.
Wet the cake.

Put all the stuffing
The last layer of the cake and a thin layer of filling to even out the cake.
Take to freeze for at least 1 hour.
