Fried cocoa swivels

1 egg
140g (0.7 cup) sugar
70ml (0.3 cup) oil
10g vanilla sugar
450g (3.6 cups) flour (all purpose)
170ml (0.7 cup) water
10g baking powder
15g cocoa

Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add oil and stir. Add water, flour and baking powder to the mixture.

Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to 1 part and knead.

Roll out 2 cakes.
Put one cake on top of the other and wrap the roll. Cut the roll with thread. Fry in a lot of oil
