CHEESE MOUSSE CAKE

Ingredients:

100g cream cheese
100 ml of whipping cream (must have more than 33% fat and be very cold)
50g sugar 8 or 10 Maria cookies
1 can of red fruits and
1 teaspoon of cornstarch (or fresh fruit, chocolate, quince, jam, etc.)

We mount the cream, when it is almost ready we are adding the spreadable cheese by spoonfuls (if we move it before with a spoon, it will mix better).

Add the sugar and mix until the mixture is well assembled. The cream and the glass must be very cold, we can put the glass in the freezer for a few minutes, or crush ice.
