ingredients:
-1/2 cup frozen strawberries
-1 frozen banana (or more frozen fruit)
-1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or the milk of your choice)
-add extra sweetener if needed
chocolate shell:
-as much (dark) chocolate as you like (I used about 40g)
-2 tsp coconut oil
-a bit of puffed quinoa or granola (optional)
filling:
-strawberry yogurt (or normal yogurt [+ strawberries])
-sweetener (optional)
-vanilla extract (optional)
how to:
-start melting the chocolate along with the coconut oil; then add the puffed quinoa
-set it aside while you start on the smoothie:
-add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
-add the smoothie to a bowl and spread the yogurt filling evenly on top
-now pour the melted chocolate on top and let it rest in the fridge
-after the chocolate has hardened add a few more strawberries and enjoy!
