Chocolate mousse is a decadent and velvety dessert that delights the senses with its rich flavor and smooth texture. Made from a luxurious combination of melted chocolate, whipped cream, and egg yolks, this indulgent treat is a favorite among dessert enthusiasts.
100g chopped chocolate
1/2 tablespoon of butter
2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
1 can of condensed milk
1 small box of cream
200g whipping cream or fresh cream
Strawberries and sprinkles to taste
Method of preparation:
In a pan, add the chocolate powder, cream and mix well. Add the butter and finish with condensed milk. Stir well until it reaches a brigadeiro consistency.
Turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate and mix. When the chocolate has completely melted, transfer it to another container and refrigerate. Let it be very cold.
Place the brigadeiro in the mixer at maximum speed and beat until smooth. Add the well-cold whipped cream and beat at medium speed. Let it beat until it reaches peak point.
Transfer the mousse to a plate overnight.
To finish, decorate with sprinkles on the sides and strawberries.
