Homemade Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 onion
Olive oil
1 carrot
Celery
650 g minced meat
Salt
Chili pepper
900 ml tomato sauce
150 g parmesan cheese
375 g mozzarella cheese
400 g lasagna

Directions:

1. In a pan cook chopped onion, carrot and celery.
2. Then add meat, salt, chili pepper and tomato sauce.


3. Cover and cook for about 40 minutes.
4. Make the lasagna layers and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
