1 k potatoes “special salad”
4 boil eggs°1 can tuna in brine
1 tsp skimmed milk
4 tsp. tablespoons of fresh herbs (chives, dill …)
1 nice leek
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise

1.Cooking potatoes & eggs in pot water.
2.Peel the potatoes, which are still hot, and cut them into cubes in a salad bowl.
3.Peel the eggs and cut them into cubes. Add them to the potatoes.
4.Adding finely chop shallots & drained tuna. Salt & pepper & put 6 tbsp.
5.Heat a cup of milk and add it to the preparation. Gently move everything.
6.Then put 1 tbsp. tsp olive oil & 1 tbsp. tsp rapeseed oil & mayonnaise.
7.Mixing gently, sprinkling with chop herbs and serving .
